WHITE RICE FLOUR

Grown seasonally in the sub tropical climate of the Nimbin Valley, we rely on natural rainfall to feed our rice fields and grow the hardy grain, now in flour form. 

Insecticide, and naturally gluten free, our white rice flour is perfect for baking to battering fish or veg. This flour is milled on an Australian made granite stone mill producing a superbly fine flour.

To keep the flour as fresh as can be, keep refrigerated and use within twelve months.
