RAW HONEY

675g of raw, real un-heated honey. It has a traditional, more flowery honey flavour and is a great all-around honey containing the widest variety of pollen local to our farm. This honey varies in colour throughout the year from light golden to darker amber, depending on which flowers the bees have visited and at which time of year.

Our honey is 100% pure raw, unfiltered, unheated honey. A truly local honey.

From batch to batch, our honey may change in flavour, texture, profile and natural sugar content.

If the honey crystallizes or hardens, place in direct sunlight to soften, or enjoy as is. This only is occurring because our honey hasn't been heated or filtered.
